About Our Warranty
Nevoks agrees to provide reparation or replacement under a warranty period of 90 days from the date of purchasing to all of our customers who purchase Nevoks products. If you have purchased the product from our distributors or wholesalers or retailers or Nevoks directly, all support and warranty issues should be directed to that dealer.
Note:
Our warranty does not cover consumable products like mouthpieces, glass tubes, atomizers, lanyards, and leather sheath. This warranty also doesn’t cover products that you buy used, artificial damage, and problems caused by misuse. If there is a quality issue when receiving the goods, please contact us or the dealer that you bought immediately before using it.
Please keep your original receipt of purchase and the warranty card well in case of needing warranty service.
Nevoks reserves the right of final decision in all warranty cases.
